When you think about change & being seen.

1. I often imagine worst-case scenarios when I think about making a big move.

2. Being truly seen—online or in real life—feels more threatening than exciting.

3. I delay decisions because I’m afraid of losing what I already have, even if I’m not happy.

4. I often assume “something bad will happen” if life starts feeling too good.

5. The idea of starting over—financially, geographically, or relationally—feels almost unbearable.

When you think about relationships & belonging.

6. I worry that if I grow too much, I’ll leave people I love behind.
