  • 2. Direct — Use the 5 Powers to decide how you’re going to move it: SEE, SHIFT, SPEAK, SHOW, or SUSTAIN.
  • 3. Decode — Use the 4 Lenses to read what’s happening in your mind, energy, spirit, and emotions.
  • 4. Do — Use GH² to turn all of that awareness into short, structured sprints you can actually complete.

Awareness without structure is frustrating. Structure without awareness is self-abandonment. The Hub prevents both.

Your test results are not a label. They’re a map. Here’s how to plug what you just learned into the Self-Mastery Hub so it actually changes how you move this week.

Fear, Doubt, Second-Guessing

This usually means your nervous system is trying to keep you safe from visibility, change, or disappointment.

  • Start in the 5 Powers with SEE and SHIFT.
  • Choose one small GH² sprint around building safety, not performance.
  • Use the 4 Lenses to ask: “What is my mind, body, spirit, and emotion afraid will happen?”

Then scroll down to the “I feel stuck but can’t name why” pathway and follow it step by step.

Loyalty, Guilt, Identity

This often points to outgrown roles, unspoken expectations, or fear of who you’ll be without certain people or patterns.

  • Revisit your results on the 33 Blocks page when it’s live.
  • In the 5 Powers, lean into SPEAK and SHOW — telling the truth and living it gently.
  • Use GH² to build micro-actions around boundaries, honest conversations, or quiet lifestyle shifts.

The “I’m spiritually awake but emotionally tired” pathway below will usually be your best fit.

Grief, Burnout, Emotional Numbness

This tells us your system doesn’t need more pushing—it needs repair, softness, and slower cycles that still honor your calling.

  • In the 4 Lenses, give extra attention to the Emotion and Body/Mind lenses.
  • In the 5 Powers, sit in SEE and SUSTAIN — gentle noticing and maintaining what feels nourishing.
  • Use a lighter GH² sprint (7 days, low intensity) focused on rest, regulation, and one small act of self-respect.

Then, use whichever pathway below feels the most honest. You’re allowed to move slowly and still call it progress.

You don’t have to walk this in order. Use these pathways to decide where to begin so you’re not overwhelmed by options—you’re anchored in a direction.

Pathway 01
“I feel stuck, but I can’t name why.”

You’re high-functioning, but your energy is heavy. You keep circling the same feelings, stories, or situations and calling it “overthinking” or “procrastination.”

  • Step 1: Take the 33 Energetic Blocks Scan to find your top 2–4 blocks.
  • Step 2: Visit the 5 Powers and choose one Power that matches your season (SEE or SHIFT is often first).
  • Step 3: Use a short GH² sprint in the Digital Journal to move one tiny, honest action through that block.
Pathway 02
“I’m always starting over on my routines.”

You’ve got the planners, the apps, the vision boards—but your habits don’t stick, or they cost too much of your nervous system to maintain.

  • Step 1: Go to the GH² Digital Journal and set a 7–14 day sprint around one priority.
  • Step 2: Use the 4 Lenses to check: what does your mind, energy, spirit, and emotion each need to support this?
  • Step 3: Use the 5 Powers to choose how you’ll SUSTAIN the shift instead of just “trying harder.”
Pathway 03
“I’m spiritually awake, but emotionally tired.”

You get the revelations. You hear the confirmations. But your body, emotions, and life systems feel like they haven’t caught up with what you know.

  • Step 1: Read the 4 Lenses and locate which lens you’ve been overusing (usually Spirit) and which you’ve been neglecting (often Emotion or Body/Mind).
  • Step 2: Use the 33 Blocks to find where loyalty, grief, or identity blocks are draining you.
  • Step 3: Choose a SEE or SPEAK Power in the 5 Powers and build a gentle GH² sprint around emotional repair—not performance.
Walking It Out
