Lens One

The Mind Lens

Psychology, beliefs, and the way you make meaning.

What it asks:
  • What story is my mind telling about this moment?
  • Is that story true, or just familiar?
  • What assumptions are quietly running in the background?
What it covers:
  • self-talk, inner critic, and mental loops
  • identity, self-concept, and “this is just how I am” narratives
  • how you interpret conflict, opportunity, and other people’s behavior

Lens Two

The Emotions Lens

Your nervous system, capacity, and felt safety.

What it asks:
  • What is my body actually feeling right now?
  • Do I feel safe, braced, numb, overwhelmed, or exhausted?
  • Do I have the capacity I’m demanding from myself — or am I overdrawn?
What it covers:
  • fight / flight / freeze / fawn patterns
  • chronic over-functioning, burnout, and emotional shutdown
  • rest, regulation, and rebuilding your baseline capacity

If your body doesn’t feel safe, it will quietly sabotage every plan. The Emotions Lens keeps you from bullying yourself for what is actually a nervous system issue.

Lens Three

The Spirit Lens

Faith, covenant, and what your soul knows is true.

What it asks:
  • What has God / my spirit already said about this?
  • What covenant am I actually standing under?
  • Where am I shrinking my calling to match my comfort or other people’s opinions?
What it covers:
  • purpose, assignment, and seasons
  • alignment with your values and convictions
  • the tension between obedience, convenience, and people-pleasing

The Metaphysics Lens

Spiritual science, energy, and the field you’re walking in.

What it asks:
  • What is my energy actually broadcasting into the room?
  • What are my thoughts and emotions emitting into my field?
  • Does my daily rhythm match the future I keep praying and talking about?
What it covers:
  • thoughts as frequency signatures
  • emotional resonance and spiritual atmosphere
  • repeating patterns and the “signals” your life is sending out

Step 1 · Use the Lenses to SEE accurately.

When something feels off, you don’t just say “I’m stuck.” You ask: is this a Mind issue, an Emotions (nervous system) issue, a Spirit issue, or a Metaphysics issue?

That alone will keep you from blaming yourself for something that’s really about capacity, timing, or old agreements.

Step 2 · Match the right Power.

Once you know which Lens is loudest, you match it with the Power you need:
