Think of the 5 Powers as five distinct “rooms” you’ll keep rotating through in your growth journey. You don’t live in just one—you move between them depending on what your life is asking for.

The Power of clear sight. Seeing yourself, your patterns, your agreements, and your truth without numbing or sugar-coating. This is where denial dies and language appears.

How the 5 Powers plug into everything else.

Inside the Self-Mastery Hub, the 5 Powers don’t live alone. They sit in the middle of a conversation between the 33 Energetic Blocks, the 4 Lenses, and the GH² System.

When life is loud, you can use a simple sequence:

  • 1. 33 Energetic Blocks — “Where am I blocked?”
  • 2. 5 Powers — “Which Power is my next move?”
  • 3. 4 Lenses — “How is this showing up in my mind, energy, spirit, and emotions?”
  • 4. GH² System — “What will I do with this over the next 7–30 days?”

The 5 Powers sit in the “what now?” seat after you see your blocks and before you design your next sprint.

How this feels on a Tuesday.

You notice you’re shrinking around certain people, avoiding important tasks, or talking yourself out of your own desires. You:

  • Identify the block (for example: loyalty, fear of failure, or identity loss).
  • Ask: “Am I in SEE, SHIFT, SPEAK, SHOW, or SUSTAIN right now?”
  • Choose one Power to anchor your week (maybe SHIFT + SPEAK).
  • Build one GH² sprint based on that Power instead of random discipline.

No more trying twenty things at once. You pick one Power, one sprint, and one honest focus.

Identify Your Season

Which Power are you living in right now?

You don’t force yourself into a Power. You listen for which one your life is asking for. Here are a few everyday scenarios and how they map to the 5 Powers.

“I keep noticing the same pattern and I’m tired of pretending it’s not there.”

This is a SEE season. Your work is to tell the truth, gather data, and name what’s happening without fixing it yet.

  • Journal and reflect using the 4 Lenses.
  • Take or revisit the 33 Energetic Blocks Scan.
  • Use a gentle GH² sprint around observation and honesty.
“I already know the pattern. I just keep defaulting back to it.”

This is a SHIFT season. You need small, repeatable changes more than big dramatic gestures.

  • Choose one micro-shift in your schedule, environment, or response.
  • Design a 7–14 day GH² sprint focused only on that shift.
  • Use SEE + SHIFT together: notice → adjust → notice → adjust.
“My mouth is still agreeing with old stories.”

This is a SPEAK season. Your language, prayers, texts, and conversations need to align with the woman you’re becoming.

  • Audit the way you talk to and about yourself.
  • Create new scripts and declarations that feel true, not fake.
  • Use GH² to build daily SPEAK rituals (morning, car rides, walks).
“I say I’m different but my life doesn’t show it yet.”

This is a SHOW season. Your lifestyle, posture, boundaries, and choices need to match your inner work.

  • Ask: “If I already believed this, what would I do differently this week?”
  • Let GH² hold 1–3 visible shifts (how you respond, where you go, what you accept).
  • Use the 4 Lenses to support your body and emotions through the change.
“I’ve changed—but I keep slipping back when life gets loud.”

This is a SUSTAIN season. Maintenance isn’t boring, it’s holy. It’s how you stop losing your progress every time the wind blows.

  • Build rhythms, not rules: weekly check-ins, rest, review.
  • Use GH² to create recurring sprints that protect what you’ve built.
  • Scan the 33 Blocks to see which ones pull you back when you’re tired.
Weekly Practice
How to use the 5 Powers in real time.

You don’t need a perfect plan to use the 5 Powers. You need a simple weekly rhythm:

  • Step 1: Name your current dominant block using the 33 Energetic Blocks.
  • Step 2: Ask, “Which Power is this week asking for—SEE, SHIFT, SPEAK, SHOW, or SUSTAIN?”
  • Step 3: Open the GH² Digital Journal and design one sprint around that Power.
  • Step 4: Use the 4 Lenses to check in with your mind, body, spirit, and emotions as you move.
