The 33 Energetic Blocks are specific patterns that tangle your focus, drain your capacity, and keep you circling the same mountains. Once you can name the block, you can finally stop fighting the fog and start moving with clarity.

Important: The Blocks are not a personality test. They’re a mirror for the way your energy has been trained to protect you, even when that protection is now in the way.

Overview

What are Energetic Blocks?

An Energetic Block is a place where your energy is trying to protect you from pain and trying to pull you toward growth at the same time. That tug-of-war shows up as hesitation, confusion, or exhaustion—especially right before your next level.

The Role of the Blocks
They’re messengers, not enemies.

Every Block started as a survival strategy: a way your nervous system, spirit, and mind kept you safe in rooms that didn’t see you clearly. The problem is when that old strategy keeps driving in a season where you’re finally allowed to expand.

  • You don’t “fix” Blocks—you translate them.
  • You learn what they’re guarding and what they’re afraid will happen if you move.
  • You partner the Block with the right Power (SEE, SHIFT, SPEAK, SHOW, or SUSTAIN).

The goal isn’t to never feel blocked. The goal is to be able to say, “I know exactly which Block this is, and what to do with it.”

In the Self-Mastery System
The Blocks sit at the entry door.

Inside the Self-Mastery Hub, the 33 Energetic Blocks are your starting point. Before you choose a new habit, calendar, or routine, you ask:

  • “What’s the real Block underneath my delay, fear, or inconsistency?”
  • “Is this about time, worthiness, loyalty, safety, or identity?”

Then you move into:

  • The 5 Powers — how you’ll respond
  • The 4 Lenses — how it’s hitting your mind, energy, spirit, and emotions
  • GH² — the weekly structure that supports your shift

The Blocks tell you where you are. The rest of the framework tells you what to do next.

The 7 Families

The 33 Blocks live in 7 “families.”

You don’t have to memorize all 33 right away. First, get familiar with the families. Most people are dominated by 2–3 families that show up over and over, especially in relationships, money, and purpose.

These Blocks convince you that movement equals danger. Fear of being seen, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of loss—they all live here and can make every next step feel life-or-death when it isn’t.

The 33 Blocks are not just theory. They’re meant to live inside your week, your calendar, and your decisions. Here are a few ways you’ll actually use them.

Before a big move or decision.

You feel called to a new room—career, relationship, city, offer—but every time you get close, you freeze. Instead of forcing yourself, you identify the Block:

  • Fear & Safety Block: fear of loss or visibility.
  • Loyalty Block: fear of outgrowing who you’ve always been for people.

From there, you choose a matching Power (SEE or SHIFT) and design a GH² sprint around small moves instead of all-or-nothing jumps.

When your body is saying “no more.”

You’re exhausted, snappy, checked out. Old you would shame yourself and push harder. With the Blocks, you recognize a Capacity & Exhaustion Block:

  • Your sprint becomes: restore, delegate, simplify.
  • You use the 4 Lenses to honor what your nervous system is saying.

Growth still happens—but now it’s paced with your actual humanity, not a hustle fantasy.

When your faith and fear are arguing.

You know what God/spirit/the deep part of you is asking, but you keep demanding a full blueprint first. That’s a Control & Uncertainty Block mixed with Narrative Blocks about how God moves.

  • You pair it with SPEAK + SHOW: new language, new actions.
  • Your GH² sprint becomes: one obedient step, one honest check-in, one reframe a day.

Instead of waiting for the fear to disappear, you learn how to move with it in right alignment.
